Smokerz Paradise has a great selection, fair prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or help you find exactly what you need. The store is clean, well-organized, and consistently stocked with quality products. Every visit has been a positive experience, and the customer service keeps me coming back. I definitely recommend Smokerz Paradise to anyone looking for a reliable smoke shop.

While I do visit other smoke shops, I stop by this one every once in a while because I know I’ll receive timely customer service. Most times I go there it’s Vanna who greets me with a welcoming smile. Very kind person and easy to converse with. Aside from welcoming staff the shop has a good selection of product you might not see in another shop. Would recommend.

Love this place! Vana is just the sweetest! Super sweet & very knowledgeable. And I love how she has the vapes color coordinated!! Very good vibes in this store 💖 😎🖤

Very disappointed with customer service. I always purchase from smokers paradise. I stopped at this location since I was leaving a Dr appointment. I was greeted but the product I was looking for was not in stock. FYI, I was the only customer there. I asked the employee if they would mind and call another location to check to see if that product was in stock . I was told " sir, you can call that location and ask them" I was just shocked. I then asked if they could give me the number to that location ,then I was told " sir, look it up on line and get the number" I was like wow 😳. That was exactly like 2 slaps into a customers face. I just said " thank you so much for your help"and I then left. Customer service was actually in the negative but Google reviews has only one star rating. Just to let it be known. I will never go to that location as long as it's opened.

This location is amazing. The employees are SO nice and helpful. Vana is my girl!!!
