The people and the overall experience is five star plus. They didn’t have what I wanted at that location, They gave me information for the second location sent me to where I can get what I was looking for. They have a great specials great 20% off for Spurs games and/or 420 or holidays. A great choice for all your Hedge shop needs!!!!

Great service great products SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF AND OWNER- I bought my 1st re-usable vape from them a couple months ago- started having issues with it, they helped me diagnose the problem and guided me to what I needed to get it up and working again- they also told me about their 2 other nearby locations- is THE ONLY place I go now for my vape needs- THANKS SO MUCH YALL ARE AWESOME! 😎

Stay away from this place!! His prices are 3 to 4 times higher than the manufactured retail price. He has his prices increased like this because of the neighborhood that he is located in. Stay away! Do not support this business! He has geek Vapes displayed as being over a $100 when I know for a fact that device is under $50. Stay away from this place he is robbing people in the community because their choices are limited.

I went into the Smokerz paradise on Rittiman and Frat a few days ago and had THE WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had at a smokers paradise. The cashier said her name was Angelica but I am unsure if that is her real name. She tried to charge my fiancée $10 for a $5 purchase and when she was called out on it she became belligerent and started trying to rush us out the store. There were several people coming in and out of the store and going straight to the back like there was something going on back there. Y’all should check to make sure she isn’t stealing from your company because she is definitely giving off those type of vibes. There is absolutely no reason why any cashier should be arguing back and forth with a customer and trying to rush them out of the store due to their own negligence and inability to properly calculate the purchased items. I will NEVER go back here again and have already filed a complaint with the BBB, and sent an email. Do better.

They have a great selection. I just wish the employees were a bit more knowledgeable about products. "What's this like?" "I dunno" "what about this?" " I dunno" otherwise it's great. Went today (3-17-25). The woman behind the counter had as much personality as the vape I bought. Way more interested in her phone. I said thanks for the help, no answer, just face deep in her phone. That's fine. Nobody is missing any valuable information from her anyway.
