first of all all the employees are great! Kimber has been truely the best. her knowledge in about LITERALLY EVERYTHING IN THE STOOR is crazy! We have never felt judged always heard !. Today we went in and randal who normally does not work there stepped up and helped, this was also super appreciated. They all deserve a raise but kimber and randal stood out today !

I was a first time costumer, the store gave me a mixed impression. The place seemed to have large selection, but costumer service was not at all as friendly as other similar stores. The employee didn't seem to want to partake in pleasant conversation, just very straight forward with their behavior. They asked for a account I said I didn't have one and they didn't even offer me to make one. Not sure what their problem was. other than that prices were really good.

Product we got was great and a decent price ! Just some flower and prerolls. Very great products actually. But the sassy dude with the hello kitty shirt today on was really a vibe killer. Me and my husband tried asking questions about other products and make polite conversations cause we honestly came in to buy a lot cause we’re from out of town and our vape shop back home is always super friendly so that’s what we’re used to but he was Super unhelpful and monotone and very unfriendly and didn’t really answer questions about the products we actually did purchase like he just wanted us out as fast as possible and or like there was an issue with us just being in there. It ruined the whole experience and made us look at the whole business differently and definitely made us not wanna buy anything else from there. We were very disappointed cause we wanted to ask about more products before we left back out of town. We just went somewhere else instead and got way better service. Definitely won’t be back. Hope he heals from whatever makes him so unenthusiastic about his life.

The young lady inside was very helpful and knowledgeable, I was prepared to drop at least $100 on several pre rolls and utilize my reward points. Unfortunately the wanna be hipster looking guy was very rude about my friends parking, which is understandable but could have definitely been addressed without the cocky attitude. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Not my favorite location.

Kimber is very helpful and friendly. She made my experience at this store amazing. She seemed very knowledgeable about a lot of products.
