I left a review for Dwaine back on November 29, 2023 after a bad experience, and nearly THREE YEARS later he is still going back and editing his responses to it. At this point, it’s nothing but harassment. I haven’t been to this barbershop since 2023, yet he continues to revisit my review—most recently updating it twice just this month of March. I even reached out to him directly to ask what the issue was, and there was no valid reason for this behavior. I even took it upon myself to text him and see if there was still an issue that he had that needed to be resolved and got no response. Back when this first happened, he also tried to mark my appointments as “no-shows,” even though I have proof of payment through Cash App and text to prove it. That alone should tell you everything. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s obsessive and unnecessary. If someone is still this pressed over a review years later, imagine how they handle actual customers. DO NOT GO TO DWAINE.

Bobbi is an extraordinary stylist! She is prompt and professional at every visit. Her creativity with different designs is unsurpassable, even when impromptu, and her attention to detail is impeccable. I have known Bobbi for nearly a decade and trust no one else to do both of my daughters’ hair. The barbers here are fantastic as well.

It was my second time here and I have to say that they are very professional and have great barbers and stylists. I also looked them up and found so many really good reviews so decided to come and see for myself. Will come back.

Booked an appointment with AG to get my beard trimmed and under control. The last place I went to did a horrible job, so I was pretty nervous coming into this; however, it was easily the best experience I’ve had with San Antonio barbers. Showed AG what I was looking for (and what had happened at the other shop) and he slowly brought my beard down to a place I liked and was comfortable with. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.
