Asked 5 times if the pen I was getting was a certain kind, says yes every time. Swipe my card, opens the pen to test, and it is the wrong one. 😑 Asked for a refund when I was told they actually didn't have the pen I wanted, offered a pre roll instead... it was a 55 dollar pen. Asked for a refund instead which the owner? Got upset at and loudly pushed back telling me it was a high quality pen and pre roll and that he couldn't refund me. He wanted to negotiate and exchange things for it instead of just refunding my money to me. I was already tight and didn'twant to spend another 40 minutes just negotiatingand and finding things to maybe exchange for it, especially when I don't trust what they have anymore. The pen was not high quality. Go to Mellow Monkey or litreally anywhere else so you don't waste your time on this place like I did. Happened to be along my route to where I was going and now I regret giving it a chance, which sucks. Out almost 100 bucks and close to an hour of my time, so again, if you want anything productive from here, somewhere else probably does it better.

I’m not going to go back. The owner had poor professionalism. I guess he expected me to be another ignorant person he’s used to dealing with. He didn’t greet me when I walked in , as I was the only one to say hello. He was on a phone call and ignored me for 3 mins. When he finally came by, he asked if I could “ Hurry it up.” In a calm manner, I told him how rude he was being and he did explain the situation and apologized. But I’m good . There’s so many of these smoke shops ,that I never have to see him again.

I haven’t had any issues the owner is all business ain’t taking ish from no one I understand that due to the fact there’s people that will try to steal from the store

We went in there around 930pm, owner answered all of our questions and never once seemed like he was rushing us. Some items are a bit on the expensive side but its because it's either good quality item or a high-end brand. I ended up with a water pipe for a lot less than I saw it at another shop. Not to mention I picked up some extra stuff since owner was awesome. 100% going back for my future needs. Put something in the air and enjoy life.

The store has a big selection of edibles. Be prepared to pick out what you want because whoever is working might not know anything about what you're looking for. I bought the knockout sour belts. They were a great price, and they are strong. Take less than the serving size if you don't have a tolerance. 100% do not regret coming here.
