Customer service is exceptional. Had the pods we were looking for that 7 other stores didn’t. The owner attended us and was incredibly friendly. Love the atmosphere and a quite the vinyl collection. 10/10

The staff here are always extremely friendly and very helpful. If they are out of a juice I'm looking for, they are quick to offer suggestions of similar options that I've enjoyed every time. Good selection of replacement coils for most modern refillable cartridge/nic salt vaporizers. They were able to recommend a store that has the coils I needed the one time they didn't have what I was looking for. Overall a great little spot to pick up your vaping necessities!

I have been doing business with these fine people since 2018. The owners are frequently there, and they and their staff are the sweetest folks in San Antonio. They have literally completed my purchase in my car when I had my dog with me on a very hot summer day. They always remember what I usually buy and send me off a satisfied customer. I wish all businesses were as nice to deal with as the Vapor Room!

By far, hands down, the best vapor shop in town. Janet, I fricken love Janet. Since day one she and her crew have been conscientious and candid. Experienced opinions, great humor, a comfortable atmosphere, and samples across the board. They just helped me dig up some screws for my Mag that fell apart and provided me undivided attention until it was fixed, even though repair is not their specialty. I was expecting to bring in my product and be refused, but they've earned loyalty from me. So I will continue to provide them 100% of my business. Just as you should too.

Janet and her team were very nice and extremely helpful. I told them what my preferences were and they made some good suggestions. The prices were very good compared to other shops. The store is clean and inviting. A good military discount was a big plus. They are open to suggestions on other product lines even though they have a good selection already. I highly recommend this store for new vapers as well as those with more experience.
