I've been a customer at this location since they opened and thinking back, I can't think of any employee ever being rude to me. I mean of course there has been a couple that are business only but not rude. My 5 Stars goes to all the others, they always make me feel so welcoming, and whether I ask 1 question or 100 questions their attitude never changes. 1 person in particular but I forgot his name even though he's told me several times, but its the guy that had been their the longest, he's always been friendly with a smile.

Omg.....I was spending like 100.dollars a month on the Geek disposable pods . And, Liberty here at Vape City was too awesome. She helped me get my Smok vape going so I could save money. Right, on Vape City right place to go best in the city Vape City.

The young man on shift tonight 11/19 had excellent customer service, the best service from all locations I’ve visited combined. Five stars are for him. I really dislike that Vape City’s prices are typically $5 - $10 higher than other vape shops for the same products.

Im going with a 2 star as I genuinely like this store, but who ever is working there at 10:30 am march 26 2026 has a horrible "I don't want to be here" type of attitude. Brought my father in for a vape but any and every question we asked it was like he was just annoyed. Horrible experience today.

The people working are so helpful every time we come! Love the products and prices!
