I've been coming to this Vape City for a while, and honestly it just hasn't been the same since that young white girl left sometime last year. I can't remember her exact name—maybe it was Edie, Evie, Eden, or something like that—but she was always really nice and helpful. She actually took the time to answer questions and made people feel welcome. Ever since she left, it feels like the customer service has gone downhill. Most of the employees seem like they don't want to be there, and a lot of the interactions come off as rude or like you're bothering them just by asking for help. I still stop by sometimes because it's convenient, but I definitely miss the way things used to be.

I just left this location about 10 minutes ago. I'm not sure what that manager's name was but the guy who's working today is the rudest I have ever met. He cut off multiple of my sentences continued to tell me things were out of stock that I was looking at behind the glass. I come to this location around 3 times a month and am usually met with a friendly staff so to be treated like this was truly disappointing. The girl he was training was the sweetest girl so sad she has to work with such a rude creature.

Bought a 2 pack of pre rolls, they said they were new and I soon as I take it out it’s broken! I try to smoke the other one and it was broken to, I called and I can’t get a refund or anything changed out!!

workers need to focus on spending more time learning correct prices than standing around talking doing nothing... called about a puffco price and was told $100 cheaper on the phone than what the price was in store when i arrived. wasted gas when the point of calling for price was to go with the right amount of money…. horrible customer service as well, 6 people in there “working” and no one knows how to greet you walking into store? they really just hire anyone now a days…

Great Price. Good selection. Open 24 hrs!! The staff that was working there that night new his stuff and made some very good recommendations. Would go back if I am ever in that area again!
