I’ve been going to this vape city since it opened. I work at a hookah shop and I smoke hookah at home so I’m always going there for Shisha and coals. I’ve been so friendly with the workers there even was talking to a couple of them on the phone one of them knew my daughter all around I just felt very welcomed and just had a great rappor even though there was a high turnaround lot of different employees. I’m a people person and I practice positive energy so great vibes. They even ordered a shisha flavor they never used to carry specifically for me personally my request . so About a year agoa former employee told me about their point system. How if I got 500 points I’d have $100 to spend at the store.So Patiently I saved up all my points Just excited and waiting for the day I’d have that hundred dollar credit, but one thing they didn’t tell me was I have to spend them all at once or else I would lose my points!! so when I was going to spend what I thought was $75 I had left After using $25 of my points for some Coals and incense four days before. They told me I only had $25.to spend!!! I was so shocked and disturbed and let down.. The Employeewho told me about it and saw how sad and disappointed I was gave me 20 points Which didn’t do Much When it comes to replacing all those points I I appreciate his efforts And the fact that he cared means a lot.. so when I went back a couple of weeks after that.. this blonde lady I never seen before who honestly, not trying to be rude, but she was very dingy And messy like she just rolled out of bed Had this strong negative energy that I felt as soon as I walked in soI went to the Employee at the cashier I saw him 1 before He never gave me a bad vibe soI asked him if there is someone I could talk to about the points you know if you can give me a number to a manager or something. He called the blonde lady over which I didn’t want cause I knew her energy would not want to help she came over with the attitude and was lying to me Cutting me offand was making it seem like it was my fault. She was so defensive and manipulative she didn’t care and Kept telling methere was nothing she could do to help me. Which was obviously a lie because the other employee gave me points to try to help And he was a lower than her..!she got louder with me and was saying all she could do is give my information to another manager Over and over so as she was lying to me and was so rude I was just looking at her still staying calm, And trying to get clear answers… To no avail… I was so disgusted by the interaction and her freaking attitude how She did not care to even try to help the customer and Even hear me out clearly, so she could understand the story instead of interrupting saying things that didn’t even apply to my situation She had no sympathy. So yeahI haven’t been back there since!!! it’s been about a month, so vape city officially lost a customer. I’m not saying the white lady was racist. I’m not saying that I have no proof of that, but I really do wonder if she would’ve treated someone who wasn’t of my complexion the same.
