This place used to be awesome! I was there several times a week getting juice and Mike the former manager always made sure my juice was in stock. However, Mike does not work there anymore as he had some Life Changes and has the honor of being a stay-at-home dad now with his new son. Ever since Mike left the place is going downhill. Now, the employees are great unfortunately they don't have control of a lot of things. They make sure to put notes in about my juice being out of stock but apparently the owners have decided to do things a different way and they have failed to have my juice in stock for the last month. This has forced me to shop elsewhere. I used to choose this place over any other place even if they were a little more expensive because of the customer service and the way that I was treated. But now it's useless. Why go if they can't even keep my juice and stuff. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this location because Mike knew what he was doing and he was able to run things so smoothly. I definitely see this store closing down soon if they don't get it up to par. One thing about being a leader is sometimes you have to be open to what ever works.

Great customer service and all three of the employees I’ve meet have been super helpful and nice

Worker was super rude, I just moved from a legal state and I was trying to ask questions but she seemed more interested in her phone than helping me. Won’t come back ever again

This smoke shop has everything you need and more. The prices are fair, the store is clean, and the staff really know their products. They took the time to answer my questions and didn’t rush me. I’ll definitely be coming back!
