My first 2 times visiting was during the morning shift. Walked into a store of 3 stone-faces with nothing to say. Great vibe. The lady who eventually greeted me was pretty disinterested overall. I had a question that she huffed at and was like "there's no such thing" (not to blow your mind or anything but, there is such a thing. Atleast one brand is on your shelf and was right behind you. But here i was tryna give you the opening to give some more info n' upsell). As a once/twice a week vape store guy, I left the conversations from the first 2 visits feeling like I def know more than those people. Not a great feeling. Hella weirdo vibes from the morning crew. (If your not a morning person, signing up for a morning shift won't make you one.) However, tonight I went during the evening and the customer service was a complete 180. The dude was energetic and friendly. I had a question, and low and behold: he had a real answer about the products they carry. Spent close to triple what i had max-budgeted but I wanted to jump at the chance of some actual answers on their HUGE inventory. Whereas most places have decent prices and great customer service. This place had mid prices but the customer service experience you get is entirely based on whether you go during the morning or night shift. Morning shift is 2 stars, evening shift is 5 stars across the board.

The people here are usually nice, but I can't recommend anyone shop here if you are looking for THCA / legal THC products. I purchased some prerolls (which I understand are likely always going to be low quality bud anyway) but I got curious about what was actually inside. It looks and smells exactly like dirt or soil. It almost feels like potting soil or fertilizer to the touch with a slight moistness to it. It's not sticky whatsoever. I would not smoke any prerolls sold her as they seemingly don't know what they're selling.

First time coming to smoke babe and Megan the associate behind the counter was very helpful. She helped me with my purchase and answered all my questions. Definitely coming back
