Lady you really need to get off of your highest horse and lighten up. Customer makes just a gentle joke and she about losing her crap.. not to mention she was conversating with another employee very loudly about their personal issues and I had to actually interrupt them to get help because they weren't helping me. Then you had the nerve to give me a glare when I wouldn't tip I saw you look at the register. Why am I going to tip when you didn't help me out at all except grab something to ask specifically ask for. You have no idea about customer service at all. Get wrecked. Great place to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection is second to none. They gave me a deal for buying multiple items, so give them a try. I think you'll like it. Update: now that I've been shopping here a while I still love the store and it's my go to for vaping supplies!
