The workers here have always been welcoming and friendly. Even when the items I’m looking for are outta stock they are very knowledgeable in recommending and providing similar and sometimes better items.

Okay prices but trash service. They won't let you test any product you just bought at the store. You have to "go outside". Imagine going to a cigar shop and being denied the ability to smoke and taste it there hahaha

when i was trying to buy a torch it exploded on the guys hand there for i had ask him if i could bring it in if it stop working he said yess its only bn a week and it stop working took it in gave them the paper and they said no refund or trade for one that works and the girl was giving me attitude kept asking to talk to her boss or the owner she kept giving me attitude, the owner said its bn 8 day and i had to bring it that same day i purchase it when i was told i could come back if it stop working after one tourch explotes in the sellers hand and told the owner about it she said oh u should of told me that day okay like im supposed to call u and tell you your worker almost burn off his hand .... moral of the story bad shop don't buy them touches cause they all reused and old

Iva always has great customer services here. Today the 19th the clerk who servede me was very rude, when he gave me my cash back he was just throwing the money on the cash register, he wouldn't even tell me his name. Said he wasn't allowed to give his name. Verry disappointed. Even on the rewards he wouldn't help me to use it. Very bad customer service from this guy. I think he was mad cause he had to stop eating his pizza.
