If I can give minus 5 🌟 I would!I have bought a vape there and when I want to use it it didn't worked so I took it back for an exchange, they changed it for a new one and charged me 10%less than the original price was. I don't understand why I had to pay for the exchange....it's not my problem that they're sold me a faulty product. Definitely I won't go back!

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, seriously! Their customer service is beyond words, they’re always open, always stocked, the prices are great, there are locations everywhere, their weekly sales are insane, the loyalty points make me feel like I’m getting paid to shop there sometimes. I will say though, the Southlake location is always my favorite. The bear creek location is right by my house, but I usually make the trip up to them!
