I honestly love coming in here and I’ve never had any complaints with the staff and the management or their prices not to mention this is one of the only shops in my area that sells the tobacco blend that I like, but I showed up today to try to get some I got here at about 12 PM this afternoon. It’s now 12:48 almost 1 o’clock with a sign posted on the door in restroom/getting food be back in 5 to 10 minutes and I’ve been here almost an hour waiting for somebody to arrive. That’s a little ridiculous….

I love this shop! They have what I need almost every time and when they don’t, typically an order is made and it’s there. I heavily recommend if you are tired of unmotivated and unknowledgeable employees then you need to visit this shop! Kota, Ben, Brooke, and Leo are all super helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t normally leave these reviews but this shop is one in 1 million especially in the Houston area

Leo is simply amazing, he is super knowledgeable and friendly. This is literally the only shop I ever come to, even though I pass like 6 just to get here. His customer service is above and beyond and is willing to get whatever you need even if they don’t have it. And they have deals and specials with a rewards program.

This is my favorite spot! All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy. Ben was excellent at ensuring my experience was superior to other shops similar! I told him what I was looking for and he proceeded to show me the perfect product! Thanks Ben and Glass City, y’all rock! Looking forward to my next visit. :)
