Had a very good experience with Matthew. Very nice gentleman and helped me pick out some bangers.

First off I want to say that my experience is not necessarily the fault of the gentleman who helped me behind the counter. He was nice and as helpful as he could be. Nice part first - the lounge did look nice inside, but after I bought my cigars I didn’t bother to look inside too much because.. The glass cases of the incredibly small selection of cigars (smallest I’ve ever seen) were all locked. As an avid cigar smoker, if I see something intriguing I like to get a smell and a feel of the cigar before buying. Maybe they don’t like people touching all the cigars (or stealing who knows), ok fine. Not a big deal. Then I asked for a can of the butane fuel refill. After 5 minutes of trying several keys the guy apparently didn’t have the right one to open the door and said the owner must have it. Which wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t locked in the first place. Then I said, ok do you at least just have a book of matches. No.. NO?! In what world does a cigar shop not have, at the very least, matches? Then as I picked my final cigar I noticed it either had plume or mold on it. I understand that plume can be fairly common but at this point I just handed it back to ask for a different one. There were no prices listed which can be annoying asking for the price of every cigar I’m looking at, considering I bought several so I wanted to stay within a budget. Except for buying the occasional cigar with plume on it I’ve never experienced any of these issues at any other cigar shop ever. And I’ve been smoking cigars for almost 20 years. This is all simple stuff that can easily be fixed. I do really hope the owner(s) take this as constructive criticism and don’t just blow it off with excuses, I was really excited about this place opening considering I live about 60 seconds away.

Thanks to the owner of the cigar shop for having it in such a convenient location I miss being in memphis having my favorite shop near my home but this shop is quaint and convenient and Shayla is always always so helpful and sweet and I'm going to miss seeing you guys for 9 months!!

There is a young lady who makes incredible suggestions. I have not smoked any cigars in the lounge but have definitely bought a few sticks.
