Called and asked if we can use our points on products there and was told yes but the guy didnt think it was a good idea to say that they have a new system and the points might not be transfered yet meaning you wouldn't be able to redeem your points. Then he had the audacity to blame the person who called as if its not his job to keep customers informed like dude took no accountability.

Made a purchase for a torch 2 days ago it was filled in store. I get home to use it and it gives out immediately after 10 seconds not even long enough to heat up what I’m trying to heat up. So I call the store and get told to bring it in they would gladly help me out. I come in and Nick fills it and it obviously worked for a second I showed how it is defective and he says to me the most I can do for you is throw it away. So apparently a torch that goes out quickly is not a defective torch to him and would not give me a return or even offer an exchange I’ve been shopping here for years and will never be back to another vape city. You would think that with the amount of locations they have a $20 refund wouldn’t hurt them much if it meant keeping a life long customer, however they rather hold on to the money they already have versus helping a customer have a better experience and ensuring they stay a loyal customer. Maybe I just talked to the wrong person so when you come in DO NOT SPEAK TO NICK HE WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE CUSTOMER SERVICE A LOYAL CUSTOMER DESERVES.

Because of the courtesy and professionally well mannered employee that helped me, I shall return.

This is a good smoke shop. Every time I've been in here everyone has been super friendly and professional. Vape City has some of the best glass prices around, they have just about everything you need there. I'll be stopping here again next time I'm in the area.

The few times I've gone were great. I just wish there was a way to know when their stuff restocked. It has been a while since I've gone but the last few times I've gone, I always ask if they have the CAPS 5000mg bag gummies in stock but they never do💔.
