My very first time walking into the store I felt welcomed. I had just moved and made a request that was immediately met with "of course, just let us know if you move". How awesome for them to do that for someone they had never met. Going on a year later, I go in every week and unfortunately the transaction is so quick that I never caught anyone's name, but I'm always met with a smile and greetings. It's one errand I never mind completing.

Important: This a both a full service tobacco shop *and* vape shop. I go for the vape products but the staff knows their stuff on cigars and everything. The prices are the best I know of but it is the staff that makes the difference. Brian and Paden go above and beyond in customer service and in being extraordinarily knowledgeable about the products, and I have an unwavering loyalty to this shop. I love you guys--you truly are the best!

Great place very knowledgeable. I asked for specific parts for my vape that they didnt have and they ordered the parts for me only downfall for me is I wish they were open on Sunday. Even if it's for 4 hours it's one of my only days off I'm able to go there.
