******WARNING***** do not shop here unless you can afford your credit card number being stolen and used by the employees themselves. I was a regular at this store and I frequented several times a week however during the week of Halloween I attempted to make a purchase of almost $100. While purchasing these items attempted to use my Mastercard there was more than enough money on there however the clerk claimed that the transaction was declined due to insufficient funds which made no sense. I didn't have any other form of payment on me and told the young lady that I would be back and to just cancel the purchase. Over an hour later I was at the grocery store and received a notification on my phone the informed me of a purchase made at Vapor Maven An amount different than what I had attempted to charge. I screenshot my financial institutions app screened and I immediately went up to the store to ask the clerk about it at the time I thought it was a simple mistake. She informed me that it would take up to 2 weeks for the transaction to void but my money would undoubtedly be refunded to my card. I was somewhat hesitant and skeptical but giving no other choice outpatient waited the two weeks however the following day I did inform the general manager of the incident and told her I would wait patiently until the money refunded. After 2 weeks I have still not received a refund and I went in and contacted the manager again who told me she would email and text her district manager concerning the incident. I have continued to contact her 6 more times over the past 2 months and she has given me the runaround. Angel who is the general manager claimed that her District supervisor then Regional supervisor then truck driver then the owner was checking into the incident however I have yet to receive any compensation,no product, no refund and most importantly no apology. Times are tough as it is stealing while at your place of employment or anywhere for that matter is absolutely unacceptable

Great management and a super friendly staff! Sierra is super friendly. I work here and live in abilene. I have plenty of opportunity to take my business elsewhere but I’ll always keep coming back thanks to the atmosphere.

Nice place, friendly service. Buy 2 get one free house juices for the holiday deals n other deals as well. Wat I got was under $50.
