Fantastic experience, Jennifer was who assisted me and I have to say, not only is her customer service wonderful, but I learned more about my vape and e-liquids from her than anyone at any store I've been to previously.... including the place I originally purchased my vape unit from. Really nice staff. It's not intimidating like some vape shops tend to be. If they don't carry what you are looking for, they will direct you to places that do. I usually buy my juices online, but I am planning to just go here instead from now on.

Bought a mod at another shop last week. They were out of batteries luckily I happened to call this store and they were fully stocked with batteries!! The lady on the phone was really sweet and when I got there they were amazing. Even with people ahead of me in the store I was in and out in 5 minutes max!!

Very nice service!!! I was able to get a great tasting flavor and the coil for my vape. This place may seam a little hard to get to because of the Richmond Rd traffic but it's well worth it!!! I use to go to the Vapor Shop on Stateline however after they failed to inform me that they changed the formula on some of their flavors and always out of my coils I switched over to Vaporifics and have been very pleased with their products
