Very unprofessional. They asked me several times what i wanted, then they had me fill out an "order form" telling them exactly what i had already told them several times, then they told me when they would have it done, and they never even made the item I ordered. They were nice, but their niceness didn't help me at all when I didn't get the item I was trying to buy.
