A great place to relax and smoke hookah and Upen will take great care of you. This place is accessible friendly and does have accessible parking and entry. The bathroom is also accessible and so is the facility. The location is easily visible from the road and access is easy. The parking lot has plenty of parking available and so does the neighboring lot if the business is not open. Though you do need to check and make sure they don't have tow away signs. They have a good bathroom and it's cleaned and maintained very well. The facility is also maintained very clean and taken care of. They had drinks available and the hookah quality is awesome. I think the best thing that makes this place special is it can be quiet and calm and allows you to relax.

y’all… i do NOT leave a review unless i am extremely impressed with a place and truly believe it is the best. this shop is such a gem!!! as an arab hookah addict snob who has gone to endless shops, this is the BEST i have ever been to! like seriously will be the only shop i buy from anymore. the variety of everything is insane, the range of products are impressive and the prices are so so so competitive! they also have a hookah lounge in the back that we didn’t try but will definitely be trying in the future! we got all the supplies we needed & they even had hookah flavors that we had been scouring dallas to find because they’re rare and sold out everywhere. the gentleman that helped us was super knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with our purchase! seriously such a kind man and very patient and extensive as he answered all our questions and walked us through our best options. will happily be returning!

We had a great time at this hookah lounge! The hookah was super smoky with really rich flavor—just the way we like it. We especially enjoyed their spicy hookah and the spicy tea—it was a perfect combo. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality hookah experience!

I got a really racist vibe from the guy there I stopped there while Bering and the guy was on super guard and rude the guy locked the door once I walked out !

I came in looking for whipped shea butter and left with whipped hemp infused shea butter....yes at a smoke shop(lol). I left with so much more. Thank you to the sweet lady who helped me with my purchase.
