Came in for the first time the other day and honestly, it’ll probably be the last. I was just trying to check out the place and ask a couple questions, and the dude behind the counter hit me with straight attitude like I was bothering him. No hello, no eye contact, just dry responses and a whole vibe like he didn’t wanna be there. I get it, not every day is a good day..but I’m a paying customer and this was my first impression of the spot. If this is how they treat new people walking in the door, I can’t imagine what regulars go through. Not spending my money somewhere I’m made to feel like a problem. Do better.

Went in looking for Coastal Clouds CBD vape juice. Employee said they had it, I picked a flavor to buy and went home. Opened the bottle a few hours later, filled my cart and realized that they sold me nicotine liquid. Went in the next day and they had to call the manager/owner who refused to exchange the product for the correct one. Also tried to tell me that CBD juice isn’t sold in a bottle which is incorrect. Will never shop here again.

Been to the shop a little over 10+ times now, I’ve honestly lost count at this point. Every visit is always a pleasant one, CB and the rest of the team always make sure to get you exactly what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a good shop, look no further these guys go above and beyond.
