Been to several of yalls locations and this one has a wide variety of everything. I was impressed with the customer service from Chelsea. Walked in and was greeted immediately by Carl, he was extremely knowledgeable on the products I asked about. They have a great selection of disposable vapes as well as juices! Everything is also reasonably priced! Love this shop and it is now my favorite go to due to the wonderful customer service received.

Excellent service! The saleswoman was totally awesome. I'm new to vaping, so I didn't really know where to start, she explained the different options to me, told me about the different types of vapes, how to take care of my vape so it would last and not break prematurely. She signed me up for their FREE loyalty program so I can get discounts on my future purchases. You couldn't ask for better service. I'll definitely be back!!

Terrible customer service. Bought 2 disposable thc vapes (that SHE RECOMMENDED BY THE WAY)on 9/6 came back on 9/7 because one was defective, from the girl with glasses by the way. (She wouldn’t give her name)They said too bad sorry they won’t trade it out or refund the one. So not only do they sell defective products, they offer no protection if their products are defective.

Girl at the desk offered me a 2 for a discount only to find out the 10% off she gave me was because one of the vapes was defective. Shady store and shady buisness. They sell defective vapes and disposables and offer no refund or trade outs. Most vape shops would even tell you to hit it before you leave to make sure it works, they could care less about customer service I guess. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
