Select selection, great deals, and the Cherry on top was the amazing customer service I was greeted immediately as I walked in. She let me browse around without overbearing me. She let me ask questions and she was just a genuinely sweet person who I enjoy talking to. I will be making my furthest smoke shop purchases from the store. Check them out.

I am updating this review, it's been several years I've been coming here now and they are simply the best vape shop in Tyler and the surrounding area. They are kind, friendly, patient and super knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and get to know their customers. I tried a shop closer toy house and this shop is worth the drive, no hesitation. Super environment, prices and selection, I can not recommend them enough they are always welcoming and kind.

Absolutely love the staff here, they have been incredibly helpful and patient in my learning about the products. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had initially had what I thought was a good interaction at the store but I won't be back. I do not appreciate how management does not communicate with their staff and then blames staff.... This store made me decide to find another. Their product was okay... But I can't support somebody that does not align with my energy which is good energy I have good energy I have highly communicative energy. To be quite fair this store made me want to find a store that was owned and operated by an American.
