I traveled back and forth from My hometown of Temple Texas to San Antonio where I moved to in 2008 for 18 years. During the last 4 years I searched for the absolute best cigar and could only find it in New Braunfels Texas. In December of 2024 my family and I finally moved back to the 254 area. I became worried that I wouldn't be able to find my favorite cigar, until I arrived at Don's Humidor. When I walked into Don's, Cheyenne asked me if I needed help. I told her the name of the cigar that I was looking for, she wrote down my name and number and told me she would call me when she did more research to find the cigar. She went above and beyond to find this cigar! A couple of weeks later she called me and there on the shelf was a variety of flavors of Don Rafa cigars. I wouldn't recommend another place to buy cigars from. I love this place. Enjoy the pictures of my favorite place to buy Don Rafa cigars, other accessories and coffees, which is my wifes section. 😁

I’m a long-time customer and I’ve been consistently satisfied with the selection, availability and customer service at Don’s Humidor. The Manager, Cheyanne Moorman, is very knowledgeable about cigars, an extremely nice & friendly young lady, knows her pipe tobacco and savvy about the industry overall. She knows what her regular/long-time customers prefer and accurately predicts if a new product will meet their preferences profile. You won’t get that level of service at a large chain retail store, but you absolutely will at Don’s!

Amazing customer service. Knowledgeable and helped me pick a tobacco pipe and pipe tobacco to smoke. I even got a small class on how to break in my pipe and clean it. Amazing work over there at Don's Humidor & Coffee. They even keep a history of what you purchased if you can't remember what kind of tobacco you bought. I will ONLY be shopping there from now on.

Decent shop with a solid selection if you're passing through Waco and need a fix. Prices run a bit higher than what I'm used to seeing in Houston, but the variety is there and the shop itself is fine. One thing worth flagging: they're selling unlabeled cigars and telling customers they're Ashton seconds. I asked directly and was told yes, these are the same Ashton I'd pay $20-30 for elsewhere, just without the band. That's not accurate — Ashton is made by Fuente, and Fuente has a documented policy of destroying any cigar that doesn't meet their standards. There are no Ashton seconds. What I smoked confirmed it. Maybe the owner was misled by a supplier, maybe not. Either way, buyer beware on the unlabeled stuff. Stick to the branded cigars here and you'll probably be fine.
