The customer service is great. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I Love going there cause I know I'm going to get top notch service.

I was looking for a zippo lighter and stopped into this store based on other reviews. Wow, glad I did. This shop is awesome. Spotless clean, very well stocked, including pipe tobaccos and accessories, the cigar humidor has an awesome selection, as well as all the other vape and smoke supplies. The manager was very courteous and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and even took the time to ask what other pipe tobaccos I would like to see them stock. Awesome customer experience.

Wow the biggest of cigars selection in Waco. The store always clean. They are welcoming. The have best perfumes I have ever smell

The cashier is very nice & very helpful. Very vibrant & welcoming when walking in.

The place is never open on time. They always open an hour to two hours later than what the door says. No clue why they bother putting hours on the door.
