This is my go-to place in Hatchie for cigars. They have a great selection, reasonably priced and the owner is always extremely friendly. If you haven't stopped in here please give it a try!

Have been coming to Hachie Tobacco for years and have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Recently bought a vape that I realized didn’t work properly and went to exchange it (first time ever) and was told no. I understand people may not be honest when it comes to certain things, but when I’ve been a familiar face for almost 10 years and I simply asked to exchange a faulty product, it’s sad that $25 is worth more to them than a valued customer. Take your business elsewhere! (Clerk also suggested instead he could cut a deal with me for cheaper behind the owners back FYI)

RUDE, barely understand or speak our native tongue. Been inside and they rude & get confused easily like a child would & over the phone as well. Tobacco stores used to be awesome Texans like myself that even knew your name every time you walked in the door. I recommend no one buy from this store!!!

Poor customer service and over priced. I went this week and the person at the register did not understand anything I asked and also could not put down their phone from a personal call they were on. I tried to ask 3 questions and was disregarded all 3 times. He didn't offer to help me find what I was looking for and just told me to go to the cigar room. It felt as if I was being an imposition. Customer service is definitely lacking. Quality is also lacking: the humidity was way off for the cigars and the cigars are suffering.

It is an excellent little tobacco shop with very friendly people working there!
