Trinity was so sweet and helpful. I got a bad vape today and she let me exchange it for a working one even though there were signs saying no exchanges.

Samantha displayed excellent customer service and product knowledge. The vape I originally bought started malfunctioning after 4 puffs. I called the store and she informed me they could exchange it. I'm comfortable doing business with them knowing if there is an issue with their products they are willing to make it right.

Worst experience ever . Disrespectful and rude employees. Management doesn’t do anything . Smoke shop down by sonic is way better .
