The owner Moe is a amazing person who has earned my business and definitely deserves this recognition from me. I have a great respect for the owner who helped me back to my truck and did an order for me so I didn’t have to walk into the store. I’m glad that he has the best supply and service unbelievable customer service and I’m making progress because of the vapes that keeps me stable and it makes my sore’s lees sore. Moe gave me a couple of samples and can’t wait to try them. Moe I’m greatly impressed by your customer service and definitely recommend visiting this store. EXCELLENT place with EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and GREAT product selection. Went in looking for a certain brand of watermelon flavor but was bummed when I found it was only available online now. Owner took the time, however, to find an alternative called "Watermelon Ice" that has a very mild menthol freeze when inhaled and is the VERY BEST flavor I've ever had (pictured). Just want to thank him for taking the time to help because he was actually leaving when I got there and didnt have to. Go see these guys. They have what you need and excellent prices, too. Chatted with someone before going there...and got info I was looking for and more. They know their products and recommended what I should buy. And helped me with more info about it and what to look for. Was there awhile ago...went in for some cleaner for my piece and ended up buying another one. The price is what got me...good prices. I ended up cleaning the other one....eventually lol. There are a few of these shops in Wylie. This one hands down is my pick. In the days of Amazons and Ubers and whatnot...good old fashioned acknowledgement of customers and kindness goes a long way. Update.... For the month of April I was told everything's 20% off.....went in yesterday and the guy is a newer guy. This dude just seems like he can't stand idk work or life. He said there's no special so I used my points for 5 off....spent 42 on something that is 44. I kno tax and all, but it isn't 42. Couldn't get a receipt idk he didn't want to give me one prolly. My advice...turn around that guy won't help you....there are so many head shops in Wylie.
