My experience here has always been consistently great. I came here tonight and was pleased with how great customer service was. The staff here are awesome. All very friendly. Don't look anywhere else because these guys have the best prices. For real. The employee Ky who helped me was very kind and helpful so thanks, I appreciate her great customer service. I had such a great experience at this shop, and I really want to recognize Dizzy for how kind and helpful she was. The store itself was surprisingly clean and organized, especially for that part of town, which immediately stood out to me. I honestly knew absolutely nothing about the products they sell, and I was pretty overwhelmed walking in. Dizzy was incredibly patient with me from the moment I asked my first question. She took her time explaining everything in a way that I could actually understand, and she made sure I was comfortable and informed before I bought anything. Not once did she seem irritated or annoyed, even with all my questions. Customer service like that is rare these days. Dizzy was amazing, and she truly deserves recognition for the way she treats people. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her.

I love coming in when ky is working! She's so helpful and always knows so much about everything I ask for. Its really great not having to waste time or money at other places. And she's aways so welcoming and kind and i really love the attitude she has while working. You can tell she enjoys what she does for a living. Absolutely will keep coming back!

I Had a really great experience at the smoke shop thanks to Dizzy. She was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed.
