Im giving a 2 star on this one because I can never get ahold of anyone here and yall sold me a disgusting off stamp pod "tropical guava is gross" like if I wanted to go to the dentist I would have made an appointment and now im out 30 bucks with no other option feel a little disrespected on that one guys hyped it up just for it to not even taste like guava all that much but I do appreciate yall and what you do everything else ive gotten has been amazing

10/10 customer service and reasonable prices. This place has a great vibes, inviting and helpful employees, and cool assortment of items! This is like the only smoke shop I go to now lol

Used to come here exclusively until they started charging more and more for vapes that are $10 cheaper at other smoke shops here. I went in last night ( it was the only place open close to me) to get a pod. They were out of the one I was looking for, not a big deal, the only option for a pod was coffee so I ended up getting a pod and battery instead. They didn’t have the flavor I chose from the menu but I was fine with the one they had. I get to the register and am told they only accept cash for flavored vapes. I have NEVER been asked to pay cash for a vape at any smoke shop. I put two stars because the dude did let me get the bape still but I get charged a card fee for using my debit card which he conveniently mention after I had paid. I would’ve just come back with cash had I known. There are cheaper options that are less of a hassle!

If I could give a negative number I would. This location was pretty convenient for me while driving back from work or out and about, I used to be a regular customer that would buy a $10 glass nectar collector because it would break from time to time because I have a tile floor. I even bought vape pens and a concentrate pen back in November. Here is my problem. I bought a YoCan Cube X, I was buying my fiance something similar for a Xmas gift because she was using mine. The sales person didn't have the same pen and saw a YoCan Rex that looked similar but rounded. The sales person TOLD me it acted the same. IT DOESN'T! You place your concentrate in the Rex and ATTACH it onto a dab rig instead! I came back a week later explaining the situation and another employee just straight up told me no returns. I HAVEN'T EVEN USED IT YET! Didn't care, they lied to me, expressed no concern about the situation. They DO NOT inform their employees of their products and if they sold you the WRONG product they simply will not give a damn about it. They lost a customer that came fairly regularly and bought multiple things from them, I won't anymore and I advise you to look up the product they are trying to sell you because they are clueless and will not exchange the product even if it's still brand new!
