Today I was helped by the sweetest baby angel, her name is Nayu and she was the sweetest, most kind sells person. I was having a really bad day and I was struggling to make a decision on a tobacco pipe, and she sat there with me and helped me and let me see them, she let me compare them, she didn't make me feel like i needed to rush, and she let me take my time because I was all over the place, and most sells people would've gotten frustrated in the first few minutes. It's people like her who show the perception that salesmen are pushy and rude, and all around just scummy. She proves that wrong. She was so kind in fact, I left having a better day than when I first walked through those doors. I hope management knows what a wonderful asset they have on their hands. I work at the airport as an assistant general manager, and I would be thrilled to have someone like that on my team. I would poach her if I could, so please know you've got a wonderful team member on your team.
