Mo, Whale, and the whole team are absolutely fantastic. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like family and make sure every need is taken care of without hesitation. The service is top-tier, the vibe is welcoming, and you never feel like just another customer. Hands down the best shop in Salt Lake City—once you go, you won’t want to go anywhere else.

When it comes to Zyns this place is a win. Multiple flavors that local gas stations don’t provide. Takes away the hassle of online and a fair price. Staff was great! Knowledgeable and curious. Will Definitely come back to this establishment for my nicotine and tobacco product. Ty!

I love my purchase. I will continue to go to the store. I also thought that the service was very friendly and educated on the products.

I go here every two weeks to get my nicotine fix. The employees are professional and just down right amazing! I drive 20 minutes past all other shops just to get great, friendly service. Thank you all Zen employees for being sooo awesome!

They are always very kind and helpful. Clean and organized store and friendly staff.
