Initial Visit: Great shop with a welcoming atmosphere. The team was friendly, and one gentleman—who bore a striking resemblance to a YouTube personality—was especially helpful and approachable. Updated Experience: Unfortunately, my follow-up visit was a completely different experience. I was treated very differently by the same individual who had been so helpful before. I don’t make this statement lightly, but this has become one of the most disappointing shop experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
