I always go here. They always have my smoke available. A lot of other shops don't even carry my smokes. The people that run this store are always friendly and helpful. They treat you well. Even when they have had a hard day. You can see it on their faces. You can not hear it in their voices.

FABULOUS SMOKE SHOP experience...! 5 STARS from me on EXCELLENT Customer Service...! The girl at the counter (April...I believe)... was SO HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE! VERY Customer Service Oriented & friendly! Made me feel like my "business" was really APPRECIATED...even if almost ALL OF IT is conducted at a different location of theirs. AND... I was there at almost closing & wasn't RUSHED OUT OF THE STORE THANKS April...for such a GREAT STORE EXPERIENCE...! 😊

Great place and great people

My 2 kids stopped in for me yesterday. Been home sick but that evil nicotine still holds on as any smoker/vaper knows. I was face-timing my daughter so I could hear the flavors. They told the clerk "no menthol". I can't do it, can't stand it. Makes me choke. Anyway, there's a "deal" there. ESCO BARS- PASTEL CARTEL. Buy 2, get one free. My daughter asked which were menthol and he answered back a quick- I don't know. He was asked about a few of the flavors. The guy could barely look up from his phone to tell them that he "didn't know" about them either. Most places don't refund or exchange mods. So, I'm expecting I just basically threw $50 in the trash. I certainly can't afford that. And I don't know of anyone else that can either. The clerk was very rude. I don't care if someone is only coming in for incense! Each customer should be treated like the most important person there!! NOT like the video game thats being played, just can't be interrupted by the lowlife standing on the wrong side of the counter. I am EXTREMELY disapointed. *****UPDATE***** I just spoke to a female there that says she's the manager. I told her about what happened yesterday. She says there's no "list". I don't know. Wasn't there. She also said she's had one of the flavors I have and theres not enough menthol in it to bother anyone. I guess that may be true, if youre not ALLERGIC TO IT. There ARE those of us that can not breath with it. She says by law they can't refund or exchange. A really good reason for a list! So that customers can make an EDUCATED DECISION before throwing their money out!! I have purchased my cotton, coils and incense from here, among many other things, for years. Not the largest purchases, but consistant and a loyal customer! These things could be purchased from Amazon at a huge discount. But, I beleive in buying local. Sadly, I guess I'll have to look elsewhere
