I had a good experience from the moment I entered this store; I knew right away that they took their business seriously: the staff greeted me cheerily. Indeed, one has to show I.D. that is scanned; that should not be a surprise to anyone given the clearly marked policies. Janel welcomed me and offered help should I need it, and was pleasant and friendly upon checkout. We will continue to patronize this shop.

Absolutely HORRIBLE Place! I understand the 21 and older rule. But I forgot my wallet I wasn’t the one making purchase and was just there for “support” the Young Woman behind the counter was extremely extremely RUDE About my not having an ID and made me Leave the store and sit outside on a 95 degree day! Worst smoke shop I have ever been to and I will never come back with an ID! They have lost my business and the business of my friends and family who is going to very noticeable in the New Legal VT market! Disappointed in my fellow Human being for being as belittling as that young woman was today at Good Stuff In ESSEX VT

Leave it to Essex residents to think you should be treated like a king at a smoke shop. Never been but prob an alright place. Love some of these reviews: “Guy asked me for my ID before saying hello so I called him a fascist and left.” and “How dare they not babysit my kids as I go outside to smoke.” Paraphrasing a little, of course.

Janel, I hope I spelled it right, was very helpful with my purchase. I'm a bit picky and wanted to make sure I got the right piece and she was very patient and very informative. Janel is the type of employee that makes me want to go back to the store and be a repeat customer.

As soon as one enters this store, it becomes clear that it couldn't be more properly named. Pop culture paraphernalia, every smoking contrivance one can think of, and a section of groovy adult stuff can make a person's head spin. Thankfully, in addition to being full of fun merchandise, there's a staff member who rises above the rest. Kayleyn exudes genuine warmth as soon as you enter the place. Not only does she make customers feel welcome right off the bat, she also helps put folks at ease while they browse things that, for the most part, aren't the kind of things folks typically discuss in "polite company." She makes herself available to patrons to answer any questions and takes the whole notion of customer service to a whole new level. She's like a magic little redheaded pixie, ready to wave her wand and bring some real cheer to your headshop experience.
