Great quality product, but the service was severely lacking. I purchased what was supposed to be 2 oz of tobacco. When I weighed it at home, it came to 1.295 oz including the bag, meaning the actual tobacco weight was even less. The interaction itself was also disappointing. The employee came from a lounge area in the back where he had been smoking with several others, and the transaction felt like an inconvenience to him. He tossed the bag onto the counter without much care and did not speak to me during the interaction except for saying “yep” after I thanked him. I’ve included photos showing my scale calibrated to 100 grams, along with the weight of the tobacco I was sold in ounces. The amount I paid was not the main issue. Accuracy, basic courtesy, and accountability are. Disappointing experience overall. Edit: I have added two additional photos to address the concern about scale placement. One shows a glass bowl weighing 6.508 oz. The other shows the same bowl with the bag of tobacco inside it, weighing 7.803 oz. The difference is 1.295 oz, including the bag, so the actual tobacco weight was less than 1.295 oz. To be clear, I am not especially concerned about recovering the missing amount. The larger issue is that the purchase was inaccurate in the first place, and the service experience did not leave me interested in returning to this particular location. I will continue using the franchise, but at another location.

My first time here. Great customer service. I loved the vibe, and the relaxing music on the tv, its just what you need after a stressful day in the office. Comfy chairs to sit on, and a couple of high tables. Nice staff. Highly recommend. Will go back for sure.

Engaged, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Helpful and didn’t pressure it make any specific purchases. Had a particular taste and smell in kind for pipe tobacco and pointed us in the right direction. The shops new location is sunnier, more welcoming and hospitable. And easier to find! They have their own line of pipe tobacco that’s affordable and good stuff.

Good selection of cigars. Only problem I had was one of the associates stading by me the whole time I was in the humidor looking at cigars like I was going to steal them.
