AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I’ve been coming to this smoke shop for a while now, and every single time I’ve interacted with the Jordanian man working there, he has had an attitude but I chose to ignore it. However, today was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m so surprised that man still works there or that this shop is still open. I came in to buy vape pods and told him the number I usually get. My device can use different numbers, so when he handed me a different number of pods and assured me they would work, I said okay that works and bought them. I went out to my car, opened the package, and immediately realized they didn’t work with my device because it wouldn’t hit properly. He had given me a different devices pods. I walked back inside politely asking if I could exchange them, and the second he saw they were opened, his entire attitude changed. He became visibly angry, started breathing heavily, snatched the pods from my hand, and literally threw across the store into the trash with an aggressive attitude. I’m positive this all was caught on camera. When I asked why he was so upset, he responded, “Because this is money going to waste” and kept showing hostile behavior. What frustrated me most is that this situation only happened because he gave me the wrong pods after telling me they would work. Then he completely denied ever saying that. It honestly felt like I was being gaslit over something so simple. I understand mistakes happen in business. That’s normal. But the way he handled it was incredibly rude, hostile, and uncomfortable. It’s not something I did intentionally to cause harm to the business. Sometimes in a business there is loss and wins. The interesting part is that the second another customer walked in, his entire demeanor changed instantly and he suddenly started acting polite and apologetic. That alone told me everything. I eventually asked for a refund after more unnecessary attitude and then a hassle with the card machine, but the whole interaction left a terrible impression on me. Respect and basic decency cost nothing, especially toward loyal customers who have supported your business repeatedly. Not to mention everything is very over priced. People deserve to know how they may be treated here even if it’s just a tobacco shop. If this is how customers are handled over a simple mistake, I can’t imagine how he treats people regularly behind closed doors. Never going back

Went in and picked up a cigar that should have been in the $11 ballpark. It rung up at $16.50, which is absolutely robbery. I refused to be charged far more than it was worth and walked out. On top of that, the guy behind the counter couldn't have given a damn about me being there and certainly came across that way.

They charge different prices than labeled on cigars. Check your price at the counter, don’t let them up charge you under the table!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the pricing was inconsistent. They tried to overcharge me and didn't have clear price tags on their products. I won't be returning, and I advise others to be cautious as well.

Excellent customer service came in earlier today & I received the best service. Great selection definitely will be back.
