I have been going to East Coast tobacco for a while now, but for the last few times, I’ve noticed that when I enter my phone number to get my discount, they always say one Point away from my discount. Like how many times am I gonna be one point away from my discount? I have receipt showing that I have paid full price more than four times at the same East Coast tobacco spot so much discount should have came already. I’ll tell you there’s something fishy going on they’re cooling and all but I don’t like to be robbed. Fair is fair if you’re gonna promote something saying you get a certain discount after buying or spending a certain amount of money, then give it to the Customer

The guys are cool. I was looking for a new vape shop since my old one closed down. Google suggested this location. They were open, friendly, professional and actually talked to me. Outstanding experience and will be back again. They earned my business. Good guys over there.

I walked in feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the choices, but josue made the whole experience easy. He was super friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with the perfect setup. If you're looking for a shop with a welcoming atmosphere and expert staff, this is it. Ask for Josue!

I think a local family runs this and the other location further down the road. I've been to both. Never had a bad experience. The men and women that work here have always been super kind to me and have gone the extra step to really help and answer questions any time Ive ever had a problem or questions. I know there are things you can order online for a bit less. But, I feel like spending locally along with the fact I get the extra help, experience and knowledge of the staff, is so worth an extra couple dollars - dollars which, btw, you get back in the form of earned discounts for dollars spent (they're actually super generous with the earned discounts, for real.)
