Moved from NJ to Virginia …Hard to find a great Cigar Shop where their products are great quality. One good google search and I found this gem ! My first time coming in I was welcomed by the owner Chris. Very knowledgeable about the products he has in the store. Him and his wife have a long time history in the area and this isn’t just your regular tobacco shop or cigar shop . They have 2 lounge areas and the entire place is a humidor ! You can come in relax and enjoy your smokes and have great conversations and make great long lasting friendships . They make you feel like family and since then I’ve been coming in and just enjoying what they have to offer ! Def come by and see Chris and Melissa at the shop and meet some great people !

I would recommend sidetrack tobacco for any seasoned cigar or pipe smoker, or someone interested in beginning your journey. Everyone is warmly greeted when you walk in the door by the owners and staff. Great all around people. You might be a stranger when you walk in but family when you leave. Awesome selection of cigars and even their own blends of pipe tobacco. You can hang out with the norms or relax in the lounge. 100% recommend!!!

Super nice place. My husband, me and the owners and staff have become good buddies over the years of coming here. You'll end up making friends and having good fellowship with just about anyone you meet here. People remember your name and your story and are always happy to see you even when it's been a while. I love visiting Sidetrack. They've got an amazing selection at the new storefront (and should have an even fuller shelf soon). I've been able to get some favorites (including Padron, Tatuaje and La Flor Dominicana--as well as Opus X if they don't sell out immediately). I don't feel unwelcome to sit down, light up and chat with the guys for a few minutes while I enjoy a quality smoke. I used to visit the State Street location a lot before ownership moved to a new storefront, and I can definitely say that the quality is still there. They also carry pipe tobacco for those interested and do their own in-store hand rolls. They've got my recommendation, and I'll be back again next time I'm out towards Bristol. They're wonderful.

This is the best cigar shop in the Tri Cities friendly owners that make you feel like they have known me for ever. I recommend this shop to whoever ask this is a family atmosphere and great customers and customer service. Keep it up Chris and Melissa.
