Recently, there has been some positive changes to the Buena Vista store. The store will now be open from 9:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, we will be open 10 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Sundays. 7 days a week!!!! We're slowly getting some new stock in and reordering some of the best stock we had. The girls that run the store are pretty amazing and also we are under new management. However, all 3 stores have same fabulous owner!! Our locations aside from Buena Vista, Virginia, are Lexington, Virginia & Harrisonburg, Virginia. Anyway stop in and say hi and grab a bunch of goodies.

Really good prices and quality products. They have a lot of top name brands at this shop and many sizes and flavors for whatever occasion u have planned. Met a cool and interesting customer on this visit who builds custom bikes, cars, and does custom fabrication on pretty much everything you could think of. Rarely, almost never happens in BV.

******************** -4 STARS ***************** I rarley post...But this place or the clerk I might add deserves this one: Not sure if he is the owner, hopefully he isn't the owner is all I can say... I purchased 2 vapes yesterday, only one happened to worked. Happens, not a huge deal. I had to go back to bring a dead vape back, the dude at least mustered up and gave me a replacement, NOT with a smile on his face, or without a reciept and the packaging which he thourghly inspected like I did something to it. I mean I was just in there yesterday not like you don't remember me. Common Now...I might add. So then i figured since he at least did that I would purchase something, so I picked out a single package of 60ML juices and there were (2) in the box, the box even said 2x meaning you get (2) 60ML bottles one of each flavor, I though that was a great idea vs just one 120ML bottle of the same thing. WELL, the guy has the gall to tell me that, that perticular one is $28 cause there are 2 bottles in the single box, I was like NO, so i told him NO it was (2) small bottles making it the equivalent to a single 120ML bottle as the other ones on the shelf were. Thus being sold at $15.86 for a 120ML bottle. That's what I have paid before. WELL that wasn't the price I got THIS time it was $18.86...for the 120ML bottle. If it wasn't for the fact that it was 20 degrees out and I had to truck all the way back home then stop else where to get juice, I decided to pay the extra 3 dollars to the grinch man, NOT the end of the world but I be damned if I ever go back. You lost a good customer and I hope whoever sees this takes NOTE, because they also cut the deal out that they had going of buy 2 vapes at $15 from the 10000 puff models to the 7500 puff models AND "just for your future reference" word of mouth is a huge thing in a small town. I had even passed his name to several ppl as the place to go cause he seemed to give a good deal if you didn't let him bamboosel you. Didn't realize that was the way they do business. No more. Thats the last time I will ever go in there or pass his name along. It reminds me, actually the last time I was in there I had to tell him he overcharged me $5 for the vapes as well. I figuered it was an oversite but I see now why none of the stuff has prices on it because they just tell you what ever price apparently. AND one more thing it brings to mind, gotta add this in too... I thought at first it was cool that the last time they opened up the vape box and had me test them which is a common thing to do , just so happened he didn't do this yesterday, but I found out why they were doing that, the shisters take out the charging cords and pocket them and just give you the vape. unbelievable the actual nerve of some people. I mean we are talking about a 3" usb C cable no adapter just the miniscule 3" cord that with a quick slight of hand permantly borrow it back I guess , not sure if they resell em or scrap em but ....damn UNBElievable...is all i have to say about that guys... Answer the phone, I have called at least 20 times in the last month, no answer. Just lost my business and I've bought lots of stuff from them.

This place is trash. The man working the counter doesn’t know a thing on hire to run a business. This place a rip off. They sell items but not the replacement parts and want you to pay full price for a whole new unit. So if you vape stay away from this place unless all you want is cigarettes and juice.
