I’ve been coming here for a while now and it’s always been a good experience. The people working there are chill, helpful. Prices are good, the shop has a great selection.

i went in to buy a product from them on 3 different occasions, and the price of the product i wanted changed each time i visited. Tobacco Castle,(near Wegmans/Taco Bell), sells the same pre-rolls that Smoke City (this store) sells, but for $15 cheaper. this store price gouges hardcore. also, one employee said he would honor the $15 price (he was trying to sell me the preroll for $26) and then when he rang me up he charged me $16 lmao. ig just to be petty. anyways, crazy work. don’t go here! btw the other tall employee is DL i’m pretty sure, and has been weird to me almost every time i’ve encountered him, and is the main person that would constantly try to charge me extra/higher prices.

Yesterday, I bought a Foger Switch Pro pod that was fake. I have gotten this flavor 2 other times and still have the dry pods. They look different from the one I bought yesterday. The Sour Gush pod I got yesterday (7/9/26) burns my throat and chest, and it doesnt taste anything like the other 2 pods that also did not cause respiratory distress. If the owner permits, I may stop by the store on 7/11/26 with the pod and packaging as well as the other 2 pods that were purchased. Of the 2 old pods, One was purchased from this location, the other from Tobacco Castle on 5th st. I live close to both locations, and the store i visit depends on convenience.

Amazing shop! The store is always clean and well organized, and they have a great selection of products. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every time I come here I find exactly what I need. Prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. Definitely one of the best tobacco shops in the area. Highly recommended!

Been in a few times, and always get what I need! Helpful staff and a great selection! They have solid glass and silicone options as well. The storefront isn't too spaced out and is super easy to browse, which is getting hard to find in smoke shops. Prices beat out anything you'll find in downtown!
