The staff here is amazing and very friendly.They are very knowledgeable on all the products that they have.And will help you select the best thing they even do discounts for when you buy multiples.

Wow extremely disappointed, my wife and I always go to this shops because there customer service has always been amazing. But not today, whenever we have bought any disposable vape and if there where issues due to how they was made. They always would let us exchange for another but not today. Said we don’t do that anymore so here I am $20 out with vape that doesn’t work properly and you taste the plastic more then the juice and it stays burning and on when not using it for a got 3 seconds. But they said we can’t exchange it out. Extremely disappointed and upset with this experience and customer service.

Never open on time!! Very frustrating. Other than that… Great selection of everything. Please just put what time you will be back from lunch on your door vs went to lunch be right back. Lost my business two times now. It’s the only reason for the 3 stars.

Good prices, that's about it. The staff seems high or deprived of sleep. They don't have a very good grasp of the merchandise they are selling and just seem confused when you ask for a certain product that you can see they have in stock. Lastly, its 12 minutes after 9am and they still haven't opened and I don't see anyone inside.

They are Always helpful and have a great selection of products for the right price.
