The only thing this place has going for it is the girl named Brooklyn that works there. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I haven't seen her the past few times I've been in there and I have to deal with this rude guy who barely speaks English. I keep asking where she is and he keeps giving me the run-around saying that she took a month off or saying she's working at the other store. If anybody has any way I could get in contact with her please let me know. I really hope that she's still works please because they will lose a lot of business with that guy who is there now. He is so rude and absolutely disgusting. I I have always seen her restocking but for some reason the cigars are always empty in the humidor and the cigar wraps are sometimes stale. After reaching for them I always noticed her feeling the outside of the cigar wraps and she would stop dead center before going to the register and grab a fresh pack. Where is she?

I'm sure everyone's experience at this smoke shop is different but me personally, I've been coming here for about 2yrs now & I must say, the customer service is wayyyy better than expected considering the area it's located in. The owner is respectful & very sweet. The store is always clean & organized anytime I've visited, & the young man who currently works there, he's amazing too. You can tell he tries his hardest to help while also trying to get the customers in & out with satisfaction. I've sent atleast 2-3 ppl to this location to be serviced just because of how chill & helpful everyone is. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I miss the lady that used to work there too. She was awesome & always nice to talk to. Outside of that, keep up the good work!

I've been shopping here for years and the owner and family have been Beyond wonderful and amazing and have never caused any problems in the store or in the neighborhood. So I'm not sure what's been up with the police randomly parking and blocking the entrance recently, even way after closing hours but it doesn't seem coincidental with all the ICE agents and police in Virginia harassing and unlawfully detaining the people around here for no reason, but this community has safety in each other and the staff at the shop are absolutely amazing and loved by the community. From everything to their beautiful items to the customer service and comforting environment, I would definitely recommend shopping here, it's definitely worth the money and experience! 🦋

Tell me why there is no cigars in the humidor? I traveled 35 minutes because I heard and read they had a humidor but the nice lady in the back went through all the boxes to find my particular cigar. To my disappointment they did not have it so I settled for something different. It was still wrapped up in the plastic, she got the plastic off and open the box so I could get the cigar. When I traveled back home it was stale, peeling & hard which I did not notice in the store. I do not recommend going there for your cigars there is no stock in the humidor. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. As far as everything else the store looked Ok and the girl with the red hair was wiping the counter, she was very helpful but not a lot of knowledge in cigars. I would put 0 Stars if there was an option.

The owner is rude. He will watch you stand near the products you need while standing behind the counter and will offer no assistance. He also rolls his eyes like a small school girl. The employees are awesome. To bad they work for the guy.
