I visited Vape Advantage LLC as a first-time customer looking to purchase a reliable, rechargeable vape. Unfortunately, the customer service fell short. I was barely greeted when I walked in, and the employee working a short woman with blonde hair and a bandana seemed disengaged from the start. When I asked about best-selling or heavy-duty vape options, her response was very dry and unhelpful, stating she mainly buys disposables and offering no real guidance. I had to look up information on my own just to understand the products. When I asked about the juices on display and whether they were samples, the answers were vague, and it felt like my questions were an inconvenience. I was repeatedly asked if I knew what I wanted, even after clearly explaining that I had never been there before and was hoping for knowledgeable assistance. There was little eye contact, minimal engagement, and an overall annoyed tone. I even asked if she was okay, but the interaction didn’t improve. I understand everyone can have off days, but customer service and product knowledge are essential in a specialty shop. As a new customer, I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

Ive been coming here for almost a year now, and the service has ALWAYS been top-notch. I enjoy the professional knoweldge that everybody has, and Kenny is the most bad ass salesmen ive ever met and i sell Snapon tools for a living. This guy knows his product and he's super informative. Not to mention his flavor suggestions have made me a sole customer to Density. Excellent store, excellent crew, excellent selection. Not going anywhere else. - Kris

What a great shop! Ran in for some juice and Zoe was super helpful! We sat and chatted a bit about different juices and tanks. Took her recommendation for Humble Unicorn Treats and couldn't be happier. Thanks Zoe!!

Favorite vape shop to visit when in town, go see Dakota and/or Alec as they both very knowledgeable and very useful when on what products to use. Currently exploring their indica products..Hopefully can report a better update my sleep journey soon
