Businesses that do not answer phones only convey one thing prominently: They Do Not Care About Your Time, Or Money. I'm of the mindset that driving from place to place to be told over and over that they don't have what I'm looking for is absolutely redundant when I can simply call ahead and find out. If they do, great. Less than 5 minutes and a Returning Customer is made. You ignore or simply don't bother to answer repeated calls? I don't care if you're the last business on the planet to have what I'm looking for, on principal alone I will go elsewhere and find something similar.

I absolutely LOVE this shop!!!!! Ive been going there for a handful of months now and ive NEVER experienced poor customer service. They have always been so nice and very helpful! You don’t feel rushed or judged for not knowing what you are looking for! I’m a regular customer I come here every so week if not every week!! And their prices are affordable for most places around the RVA/chester area!!!
