Oh where do I begin, first off stuff here is way overpriced everything has a 10-20$ mark-up. The website has the wrong store hours but the owner has plenty of time to go and hunt down and respond to every criticism but doesn't actually fix any of the problems. Instead of trying to cover your own mistakes with denial hows about you provide your costumers with accurate information and work on your pricing because every other store is cheaper.

Edited* New location is awesome. The lounge areas are so comfortable and the set up is fantastic. I could spend all day here. I love this shop! They haven't been open long but I've definitely become a regular. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. They always have new stuff to look at and they aren't pushy. I won't even mention the juice ❤❤❤

I recently purchased a new device and had some problems with it and was unable to exchange it within the seven days due to personal issues. I called up to Vape Guys and spoke to the manager and explained to him my situation and he told me just when things get better to bring it back and they will help me get everything fixed. Today my husband took my vape back and they were able to figure out what the problem was and explained a bunch of things that have changed with the new vape that I had purchased and they were able to get him the right products for my device. Every time that I have gone into Vape Guys, I have always gotten great service and very knowledgeable employees. I would highly recommend going here, especially if you are new to the vape world and don’t know much about the devices or types of nicotine that would work best for you!

Extremely helpful and genuine staff, I wish I got there names but the two ladies that helped me were fabulous! They don't make you feel stupid for being ignorant to the entire vaping experience and helped me set up all of my stuff that I had previous bought a while back from else where.(My mod is about 3 years old..) She informed me my best bet would be to upgrade but she didn't push any sales on me - I will definitely be back soon to buy all of my new equipment because of this and their outstanding customer service. Now a days you really do not get good customer service anywhere but this shop goes above and beyond! I bought some juice here (they had a million selections) and they went above and beyond like I said and when I wasn't even making an expensive purchase. 10/10 experience
