Friendly knowledgeable staff. They actually sell good pipe tobacco and cigars as well as quality wooden pipes. They even sell their own high quality blended pipe tobacco. It's a refreshing change from all of the foreign owned mega vape shops around. Bought a pack of candy cigarettes I haven't seen since I was a kid too. Great prices as well.

Always so pleasant and treats their customers so well.

A handful of people were waiting outside for the ABC store next door to open, and the woman who walked up to open the store was AMAZINGLY rude. I understand you didn’t want people blocking the door to your store, but asking nicely and not acting like a total Karen out of the gate is a little excessive. I will never shop here because of this and cannot recommend it. There’s a more friendly tobacco shop a few minutes down the road.

Staff is always so nice when we go in, always have my husbands brand in stock. Doesnt matter if he wants a pack or carton, They always have it in stock. Which is awesome.. The facility is always clean and well keep.

They left me on hold improperly and left me to deal with like six customers and I could hear everything. Extremely rude and unprofessional do not spend you're money here their are better stores that are more professional and cleaner too.
