So I was stationed in Danville, VA and decided to do business while on location. I’m not a vapor but I occasionally have guest at my hm who enjoys hookahs. I purchased a starter small hookah device with everything to enjoy as seen in photos. The problem is the fact that I was there in 2021. However if you look at the dates on the nicotine products were already expired!? Again I’m not a vapor so I don’t know what to look for however this is so unacceptable. I’m going to need this fixed because that’s not cool. Expired products fall under losses on your business P& L. You should not be selling expired goods to consumers. Feeling a bit disappointed. As you can see everything was as received nothing altered. I feel like I deserve some non expired goods since that’s what I paid for initially. Even if the nicotine was manufactured in 2021 it would be 3 yrs old and not 5 yrs old. Ijs🤷‍♀️ I’m going to need this fixed ASAP!!! Please and thank you!

Bought 2 disposable vapes... one of them came out of the package already leaking, didn't work and wouldn't even charge... because I bought a week earlier they won't replace it or refund my money whatsoever. Will never buy here again. Ridiculous.

Went to this place this evening and the man never said hello, can I help you or anything. Never acknowledged me at all. Definitely not a warm welcome. Don’t know what his issue was but I will not be back. I went to another store and got greeted by employee there and made my purchase there.

They have every cigar/wraps available absolutely love this place! If you like edibles I highly recommend their edibles. And the staff every single one of them down to the owner of the store are absolutely good human beings. Especially *LEAH*😊

Customer service was pretty good, but scales we bought dot work which absolutely sucks bc I'm unsure if they will be able to be returned.
